Mark Dixon

 

Mark’s been heading kitchens for the past 20 plus years, he’s a founding member of the UK JRE a prestigious European chef group, he is also a previous winner of Norfolk chef of the year and many other national competitions including Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, and Chaine des Rotisseurs at Le Cordon Bleu London.

Mark’s worked in kitchens all across Europe and the world, he spent some time at 2 Michelin starred restaurant L’Enclume with Simon Rogan. Mark has recently been awarded as Business Director of the Year for 2020. Mark can be available for private events and functions.
